What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly request a 24-hour notice for cancellations, but realize emergencies happen so please call us as soon as you know you are unable to keep your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients and helps in rescheduling your appointment conveniently. Missing an appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
